Shanta & I are so excited to celebrate the Spring with our communities! Our combined Light & Heart-Centeredness from around the globe is a potent force for good in the world. It is our pleasure to share this Sacred Season with you, whether you’re waking up & initiating or slowing down & assessing the harvest (depending on your hemisphere), it is always one of the two times a year that we can access actual, literal BALANCE. It is a powerful exercise to drink it in deeply now, despite any pressures or chaos going on around us. That is the blessing of the seasonal shift, it allows us to keep a certain natural rhythm that our bodies respond to and it also gives us permission to do what is supported instead of push the river and exhaust ourselves.
